UPDATE: Zayo has dropped Kiwifarms already!

As of the morning of October 22, Kiwi Farms has changed from using a shifting set of providers in Ukraine and the EEA for L3 and L7 DDoS protection to using exactly one provider: Zayo.

That provider previously was indirectly in the serving path of Kiwi Farms, due to being one of three upstream providers of FiberHub/VegasNAP, the physical host of Kiwi Farms. However, by taking on a direct contract to provide peering and L3 DDoS protection, Zayo now finds itself the central point for complaint about facilitating criminal stalking and more.
